Engine:
Crankshaft and bearings, oil pump, pistons, piston rings, connection rods and rod bearings, timing gears and chain or belt, camshaft and camshaft bearings, push rods, rocker arms, rocker arm shaft and hydraulic lifters, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs. Engine blocks are also covered if the breakdown was caused by the above listed parts.

Standard Transmission:
Gears, input and output shafts, bearing, overdrive housing and transmission case if the breakdown was caused by the listed parts. Clutch plate, pressure plate, flywheel, release and pilot bearing are NOT included.

Drive Axle Assembly:
2-Wheel Drive: Drive shaft, ring and pinion gears, pinion bearings, side carrier bearing, carrier assembly, thrust washers, axle and axle bearings. Universal and CV joint, except if boot was damage or missing. Drive axle housing is also covered if damage is caused by breakdown of listed lubricated parts.

4-Wheel Drive: Drive shaft, differential and CV joints, except if boot was damaged or missing, Only covered when applicable surcharge has been paid.

Automatic Transmission:
Gears, input and output shafts, bearing, front pump, planetary assemblies, sprags, governor assembly, valve body, and torque converter.

Cooling:
Water pump (limited to 50% of parts and labor costs for Silver Coverage only).

Electrical:
Alternator and starter (limited to 50% of parts and labor costs, for Silver Coverage only).

Gold Coverage:
6 month / 6000 miles to 48 month / 48,000 miles

Air Conditioning:
Compressor, evaporator, accumulator and condenser, if factory installed.

Steering:
Power steering pump, steering gear housing and its internal parts and rack and pinion assembly.

Brakes:
Master cylinder, ABS master cylinder, vacuum booster, wheel cylinders, disc brake calipers, hydraulic lines and fittings. Pads, shoes, drum or rotors are not covered.

Cooling:
Radiator, fan clutch, water pump, and cooling fan motor.

Fuel Delivery:
Fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel injectors, and metal fuel lines.

Front Suspension:
Struts, upper and lower control arms, upper and lower ball joints, steering knuckle, wheel bearings, control arm shaft and bushings. *coverage limited to vehicles with less than 80,000 odometer miles at contract purchase date.

Electrical:
Battery, voltage regulator, alternator, wiper motors, wiper module, window motors, ignition module, ignition coil, engine operation computer, distributor, starter, starter solenoid, seat motors and door lock actuators, manually operated switcher for above listed parts.

Platinum Coverage:
12 month / 12,000 miles to 36 month / 36,000 miles

Any Necessary Repair required as a result of breakdown, except those items listed below under Items Not Covered.

Rental Car Reimbursement: In the event of a breakdown, we will reimburse you for up to $35 per day for a rental vehicle for each four hours of repair time as determined by a national flat rate guide. The total benefits per occurrence shall not exceed $175. Valid licensed towing agencies, auto dealers or repair facilities, receipts are required for reimbursement.

Items Not Covered:
Any Normal Maintenance Item, including, but not limited to: tires, wheels, wheel covers, shock absorbers, alignments, brake shoes or pads, rotors or drums, belts, thermostats, hoses, filters, fluids, lubricants, freon or similar A/C coolants, exhaust or emission parts, clutch, pressure plate or clutch release bearing and CV boots.

Any Tune-Up Item, including but not limited to: spark plugs and wires, distributor cap and carburetor.

Electronic Equipment, including but not limited to: alarm systems, telephone, clock, television, navigation equipment and inverter.

Any body parts, Interior parts, Trim, Glass, Paint or Safety Restraint Systems.
